Pastor Williams Declares July "Rest, Relaxation and Renewal" Month

 
Attention Ministry Leaders!As you all know, July has been declared "Rest, Relaxation, and Renewal" Month. The goal is to take the time to renew ourselves and take a brief pause from the demands of ministry so that we can finish out the year strong. In 2023, we will be clearing the schedule in July and mandating no ministry meetings. This year we are letting the ministries have the option, but I am strongly encouraging ministries to do as little as possible.Ministries that serve during the morning worship are the exception. To make sure the facility team plans accordingly as it relates to building openings and closings, we need to know which ministries are in need of the building in July. If your ministry is using the building in July, please email me the day(s) and times. If your ministry had a meeting/event planned, but are cancelling, please send that information as well. I am asking all information to be emailed to me at [email protected] no later than Tuesday, July 5th.Thank you so much for your cooperation.

REVISED Finance Forms

The Finance Team has updated the Purchase Requisition and Reimbursement Request forms to include Ministry Tags and Expense Account Numbers.  Ministry Tags are specific to each ministry and will not be published publicly; however, Expense Account Numbers are listed on the back of the finance forms.  If you cannot locate a specific Expense Account number, please contact Sis. Hatcher.
