Our Salvation

God is not slow concerning His promises to return again, and He does not want anyone to perish and waits patiently for us to repent of our sins (2 Peter 3:7-10) NASB

How do I accept Christ?

  • Acknowledge that you are a sinner
  • Confess your sins to God
  • Ask God to forgive you of your sins
  • Ask God to come into your heart
  • Accept Him as Lord and Savior of your life

  1. For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23)

  2. But God demonstrated His love towards us in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us (Romans 5:8). For God so loved the world, He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life (John 3:16). For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of ourselves, it is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8)

  3. That if you confess with your mouth Jesus as lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation (Romans 10:9-10).
