Roseland Thanksgiving Outreach

The Roseland Thanksgiving Feast usually happens the Saturday before Thanksgiving, right in the heart of the community—but this year, things are a little different! While DHA is busy refurbishing the apartments, we have an exciting opportunity to reach even more neighbors in need from the surrounding blocks. Instead of serving our traditional hot dinner, we will spread joy by providing Thanksgiving Blessing Boxes filled with delicious food, festive decorations, and fun family activities.

We need your help to make it happen! Food donations will be accepted November 10–17, Monday through Thursday, from 8 am to 7 pm at The Rose Community Center (1949 N. Washington Ave., Dallas, TX 75204).

Come join the fun—volunteers are needed to pack boxes on Friday, November 21, and deliver them on Saturday, November 22. Together, we can make this Thanksgiving extra special for our Roseland neighbors!

Pilgrim Rest is excited to announce the 2025 Angel Tree Program—a wonderful opportunity to share the joy of the season with children in need! This special program is open to Pilgrim Rest members and families in the 75204 community who could use a little extra holiday blessing this year. Children must live with the applicant and applicants must be the primary caregivers of the children. Click here to apply by Sunday, November 9^th.
